arguing for things, events, results, decisions which are final is… fun for us to look at.

p/s: just my 2 cents.

In my opinion, Astro can test the contestants in other ways than having a semi finals:
For example, Astro could have some short courses to help to improve the behavior or quality of the contestants. Besides, Astro could have another semi finals by their own internally and not show on TV to choose which contestants are suitable to enter the finals.
We are not to copyright from other countries but just wish to cut short the time and choose a really suitable person to represent Malaysia at MCIP.

But, so far the astro judges have chosen those appropriate winner to represent Malaysia in MCIP. So far, the winners did very good job in MCIP. I strongly agree that in the future that Miss Astro will be done more well in the MCIP if the judges choose the really outstanding in physical appearance and also the personality winner to represent Malaysia at future MCIP. Thank you

You must have heard that Annabelle Kong clinched 2nd runner up spot in Miss Chinese International Pageant 2005 early this year. Is this why the Astro and judges bashing has stopped?

Annabelle produced the second best result after Rachel Tan. She even did better than Angela Foo because she has an additional Ms Congeniality award too compare to Angela who has 2nd runner up title only. So people, have some respect to the judges and organiser whom have vast experiences in this beauty pageant industry. They chose the rightful winner. As for the styling of the girls, mind you it is done by Victor Goh, an award winning stylist whose work is recognised by the fashion and entertainment world, that including HK.

Have some respect.

I joined other beauty contest before.I experienced the whole beauty contest process. V people used to clasify beauty into inner and outer, i really accept this.

Some of the contestant are well educated, they can speak good english, but their result in academic is lousy.Because of the beauty they have,they tend to change partner always. Some of them maybe had very good experience in presenting themselves in contest because they participated a few before. Beauty people not meaning beauty inside as well, because we wont know what happen when they go behind the stage.

I had come true this experienced. Contestant used to changed their clothes very fast in the middle of each show. The room for us to change clothes are messy. I lost my cloth at that time. I ask the contestant beside me to look into her bag and stuff, i really thought maybe she accidentally take it. She is really pretty,rich,sweet and well educated. She didnt even look at me and just answer no. I beg her a few times,she just angrily shouted inside the room,said ” I had told u i never took ur thing !!!Cant u hear that ?” I was hurt, she porposely make everybody thought i did something bad on her. She being the 1st runner up on that night. Izzit this call beauty ?

Anyway, I think all the contestants are good looking and presentable. Of course we cannot compare with other larger pageants, such as the Miss Chinese Cosmos Pageant 2005. It’s sad, but I think almost all the contestants in this Miss Chinese Cosmos Pageant 2005 are better than our fellow beauties in Miss Astro Chinese International Pageant 2005.
