Each girl has 2 balls(boobs) so there are 2x11=22 balls on each side.so total 44 balls of 2 sides. and one big ball on the ground.So in total 45 balls. To differ which ball is being played they named it FOOTBALL. The ball which is can be hit to long distance by foot. Hence the reason. The reason is initially girls used to play football.
