Disneyland Fireworks Video
Dec 30th, 2005 by Neo
You might wonder why I didn’t mention about my Disneyland magical adventure when I visited Hong Kong and Shenzhen early this month. Well, here you are… the magical moment you have been waiting is here.

Left: Sleeping Beauties Castle closeup. Right: It was like on fire?

Look how high tech lightings and colored fireworks made the whole atmosphere so colorful.

You can see all sorts of fireworks here. Background music was nice too.
These blury photos don’t do the magical perfornance justice. Most likely because of my shaky hands because I didn’t bring my tripod, and also partly because of my old Sony Cyber-shot DSC-P10 camera.
This is one of the most elaborate night time spectacular I have ever seen. Malaysia fireworks performances are no where near the tail. Even slightly less than one hour before the show, probably around 7:15pm, the crowd has started gathering in front of the Sleeping Beauties Castle where the magic was going to be revealed. My girl and I were quite early too as we managed to secure the second row, still the best spot for the magic.
At 8pm sharp, using the skies over Disneyland as its canvas, the brilliant fireworks finally started. Wow, it was truely amazing as the performance incorporated state-of-the-art projection, lighting and sound technologies. It also illustrated the power of dreams and magic. All these unforgetful moments were captured in my Sony camera. If you have not got a chance to go there, then watch them here…
and here…
The videos above come complete with commentary as well. Not my voice though, those are my “neighbours”
Kudos to the Disneyland fireworks team. Really a magical experience.

Wahhhh, zhan hai hou leng woh!!!
Lolz. Anyway, here’s my video of Melbourne 2006 New Year Eve’s firework show.
[…] A couple of days ago, I was searching for a place to host some of the video clips that I captured during my holidays in Hong Kong. I could have hosted it on my current hosting provider, but as you know it will surely eat up quite a chunk of my bandwidth as the files are not small. As I remembered some bloggers are using YouTube, without any hesitation I registered with YouTube - it’s completely free. […]
