Ripley’s Haunted Adventure - Scariest Place in Malaysia
Mar 10th, 2006 by Neo
Malaysia’s first highland resort, Genting Highlands is really full of fun and surprises. This time, I managed to visit the scariest place in Genting Highlands (or Malaysia) they so claimed.

You are going to venture into a totally different world than yours. It is going to be dark, intense, suspense, thrill and adventurous.
Do not touch anything, especially the actors and effects. Do not carry loose items with you and do not run! We are not responsible for any injuries or losses sustained.
Well, the brochure sounded quite scary. Made my heard pump fast for a while!
It is actually a Ripley’s special effects haunted house. Let’s see if this will really going to scare the shit out of us. The “adventure” brought us through dark and narrow walkways that took about 5 minutes only. From the moment we entered the place, there were surprises waiting at every turn, but most of them were not scary at all, at least for myself… as the majority of the time they were live actors with thick ghost-like makeup
I am sure you can do better makeup if you just look into the mirror
While we ventured into the darkness, we could hear the faint hearted participants following us screaming with uneasy tones. That might have scared the shit out of them… Haha, that’s hilarious, I smiled to myself.
We are not allowed to take pictures inside, so to give you a better idea what they have put up to scare you, here is what they have on the brochure.

Not scary at all …

Haha… yes, as I said not scary at all. Michael, if you visit Genting Highlands next time, do remember to try ah… but the ticket is expensive, RM18 per entry if I am not mistaken.
But I think if you bought the indoor theme park ticket, it should be included.
