   Go give it a try. You can order this from most “tai chau” stores or restorants. But each cook’s cooking method might be different.

   The egg is fried with onion, small prawn, etc. Just like those Seremban fried egg. Then this is put (not wrapped) on top of plain rice.

   This isn’t pataya rice. Next time I will try to take a picture of pataya rice to show you.
