They only state that Perak got problem. So, i gave streamyx a call, as polite as they be, they told me that they will reset my port. So, i went to gave it a try and i still disconnect. Then, i gave them another call, they told me to bypass splitter and that did not work as well. 3rd call, they call me to obtain my IP address and Default Gateway. Well, i got it and i gave them another call. It seems that they did not keep record of what they are doing. They asked something that has nothing to do with my IP address and Default Gateway... I just don't understand, they are worse that even Phillipine's broadband! It's unbelievable yet true! And all the staffs are idiot! It's just like the rest of the government department. I swear to God I won't vote for BN for this (besides the corruption, this is another point!).
