Tmnet Streamyx Problem in Klang Valley

Streamyx has been very slow - especially when uploading files and emailing anything larger than 2KB. I have made a report to Streamyx’s customer support last Friday and they promised to fix the problem within 24 to 48 working hours. Now, how many working hours already? 60 working hours? How many hours do they work a day? Still the $^$&@* Streamyx is not working! Even uploading a small JPG picture to my blog can be excruciating.
Being the impatience one, I have called them a couple of times before this. Every time after spending a good half-an-hour on the phone, the customer support will provide me with a “still in progress” answer. Now, what else can be done? Nothing. Just wait… and wait and wait… zzZzzZzzzz…
My last call was greeted by this recorded message:
Please be inform that we will be experiencing connectivity and slow browsing issue in Sabah, Sarawak, and the Klang Valley including Putrajaya, Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Shah Alam, Kepong, USJ and Puchong. We are also experiencing difficulty accessing web mail services.
Our technical team is already looking into the matter and service will be restored as soon as possible.
Will be?? They are doing prediction ah?
Looks like a lot of areas are affected, especially in the Klang Valley. How’s your Streamyx connection? Very fast, because a lot of users like me are not able to online, right? 
By the way, this post was done using my old Tmnet dialup 
Now, even a dialup line is much faster than the BROADBAND!

Streamyx very lousy !!!! Always have promble when call them for complaint the stupid asked me to send the email for it. LOL so stupid my streamyx unable to log in how to send the email.. aiyah!!!!!!!!!!!!
Tmnet suck and fuck off! I can’t connect to the Internet for even one second.. stupid streanyx connection.. my dial up is still the better one.. shit!!!

I’m from kepong and I keep getting disconnections and I can’t connect after a few moments. Man, streamyx is being a real retard.
Sucks la Streamyx. I just signed for this moron Streamyx and less than 2 months after I got connection failure and the brainless company needs one month to solve my problem. Fu*k Streamyx. Now 2 months again I can’t login to my email. Fed up of you Streamyx!!!

I have already complaint about this a thousand time since 4 years ago, there’s still no solution and not yet fixed… they told it’s our problems, not theirs. No wonder our local company is getting poorer and poorer. I lost a lot of clients because of this… even hosting also cannot.

Lmfao, I prefered using Jaring Broadband or mobile broadband such as Celcom, Maxis, Digi, etc. Coming soon (supported area), MY015 under MIMOS.
….. they’re stable but slow, similiar Streamyx, unstable and slow (quite, depands at anytime)

I’m sending from Perlis… I repeat from Perlis. I really need to access to my streamyx e-mail account for something important. Do something very very and very very very quick about it. Don’t just sleep or busy yourself with the election. Wake up man…wake up. Why a very ‘canggih’ and whatever… you name it TM gives us this kind of problem. Haiyaaaaa… quick! quick! quick!… do something very quickly.
On Sept 2007 I got my fucking Streamyx and started to use it for chatting, emailing, and also downloading. And?? It’s fucking slow, especially when you load the emails and sending emails which are as small as 10kb. What the hell was that? Snails-band? I check the Internet speed (btw my Streamyx is 1mb), and it only runs at 350kb? Not even 1mb? and if your load YouYube, my goodness, it’s terribly slow!! OMG, I can’t imagine such company that’s supported by the Government is so terrible, and all the staffs are zzz in the office I guess, especially when you want to file a complain! I cannot imagine those companies doing the E-business, or Internet related services, such as bank and etc, will gonna face this stupid problem in the future, especially the broadband has become slower and slower and slower… and their email (smtp) services sucks… full of spam and can’t even use to send a single email! .. I just don’t understand, they are worse that even Phillipine’s broadband! It’s unbelievable yet true! And all the staffs are idiot! It’s just like the rest of the government department. I swear to God I won’t vote for BN for this (besides the corruption, this is another point!).

STREAMYX dcs every few minutes.. WTF? im downloading some movies and even with download manager, it cannot resume because its the internet connection fault dc too sudden…
I cant even finish a 200MB file..

why cant streamyx be like SingNET(singapore) provide faster basic package.. If you ever tell any singaporean u are running at 1MB/s, they laugh at you, most running at 2gb and 4 gb in an advanced manner
Okay, i live in Klang Valley, and apparentely, they dont say Klang Valley in the list of problems anymore. They only state that Perak got problem. So, i gave streamyx a call, as polite as they be, they told me that they will reset my port. So, i went to gave it a try and i still disconnect. Then, i gave them another call, they told me to bypass splitter and that did not work as well. 3rd call, they call me to obtain my IP address and Default Gateway. Well, i got it and i gave them another call. It seems that they did not keep record of what they are doing. They asked something that has nothing to do with my IP address and Default Gateway… Im officially pissed… Hopefully with my 5th call, they send a technician for repair
Guess what they told me when i ask for a technician,
“Klang Valley memang got a little problem” Everyone is expericing the same thing. ”
They told me that, so i replied ” My friends are alright. Only Me la”
Screw them hard.

Streamyx is dorected by a retard…a person who doesn’t know what people are suffering from…signed-up for 512kbps 2 years ago..perfect speed….2 years later….upgraded to 1mbps…..hell crashed on my connection….should be downloading at 100kbps…..but…..20 FUCKING KBPS………streamyx sucks…….i think maxis or 4g izzi is better than streamyx now…..totally sucks…last time took me 4 hours to download a movie at 512kbps….now…guess what…..8 FREAKING HOURS TO DOWNLOAD 40 FUCKING PERCENT OF THE MOVIE….Streamyx is totally fucked up and screwed up……..if only they found this website and read all these comments about them…..they’ll die or maybe they’re to hard-headed to change….thanks for reading..if u did…especially for streamyx staff and their workers
