   Akismet works quite well for me. It manages to catch 365 spam last month when our blog was under some spam attack. I can’t imagine myself going through all the comments to clean it up. It comes with WP2 and the API key can be obtained for free by signing up for an account in wordpress.com. There is a non-free license too where it is supposedly works faster.

   I didn’t receive any comment spam this week..weird but yippeee.

   Yes I think I will try Akismet sooner or later.

   For WP user, Akismet is almost a must.. sooner or later blogger will face comment spam, and Akismet works pretty well for WP.
