BB HO Steamboat in Bandar Puteri, Puchong

Last week, we went to our favorite place to have our dinner. Where else could it be other than Bandar Puteri, Puchong? – A booming township that houses a diverse range of restaurants and cafes for us to choose from.
My friends suggested to have a nice steamboat dinner at the BB HO Steamboat Restaurant. The restuarant looks very simple and sparsely furnished.

However, business usually is very good for them. Expect to wait for up to an hour if you come during peak hours, such as around 7 to 8pm on the weekends especially. Luckily, it was a weekday evening, so there were many vacant tables.
Food was served pretty fast, and before long we were enjoying our scrumptious dinner. Yes, the soup boiled very fast… must be the stove they are using… boil faster so that they can serve more customers in a quicker time

We chose to have our meal outside on the roadside so that we get to enjoy the evening breeze and the moon light… but it proved to be terribly wrong. There weren’t any evening breeze, and we were sweating like no tomorrow… the mosquitos were making the matter worse!
Damn, next time better find an air-conditioned place.

Puchong’s steamboat – special or not?
Overall, the food here is quite OK and the price is reasonable. But since it is not air-conditioned, be prepared to sweat a bit. Personally, I would prefer the Yuen Buffet Steamboat which is located at the shop lots opposite of Sunway Pyramid. The place is air-conditioned, and offers more varieties in their food!

Sorry I can’t remember the restaurant’s name. I only know how to go there and eat. LOL
It’s open air as well. single storey. 2 corner shops. Near a pet clinic and shop selling ‘jati, etc’ furniture. The shop is not facing Tesco. It’s facing a umphhh don’t know(it’s dark there).
I’ll try to take picts of the shop when I’m there next time. Meanwhile please play this guessing game.

What’s the prize for guessing correctly?
Irene,
Yeah, these days they have Steamboat cum BBQ all at one place on the save stove. The popular one is the Talipon Restaurant in KL.
If you guess correctly you can take your girl there for dinner.
