Actually, I was there to pickup a gift from Honda Malaysia. A Honda Lanyard Pen - nice name eh?

Yes, this is a token of appreciation from Honda Malaysia to me because I participated in a survey they carried out recently. It’s a simple survey done through the phone where they ask questions and I give simple answers, and most of them is objective form (you choose a, b, c or d).
The objective is to enable them to understand our needs and expectations as a Honda car owner. Our feedback will hopefully help them to improve so that they can serve us - their customers - better in the future 
The Lanyard Pen is just a simple pen. When you hold it in your hand, you can feel it’s made of cheap plastic… I believe Honda Malaysia can do much better than this, give us better gifts lar…

eh Toyota is even better la. When you answer survey they give you discount voucher for your car service.

Discount voucher for car service is good. But, Honda car has already got 2 years of free service (or up to some miledge which I have forgotten)
