Ipoh Chicken Rice

It has been a while since I last posted “what I had for dinner” on my blog. This is because lately I was too busy with editing the tonnes of pictures and videos that I took during the World Chinese Badminton Championship. It took me many hours to sort them out and save them in a CD.
Anyway, now that’s done, I think I have to bore you again with this food post

This’s a mediocre dinner we had in Bandar Puteri, Puchong not too long ago after one of the badminton matches. That you see in the picture is of course the Ipoh Chicken Rice, or more widely known as the Ipoh Bean Sprout Chicken Rice.
It’s yummy enough that I had to add a small rice… Let’s zoom in to have a clearer look at the fat bean sprouts.

Not bad, fat and juicy! Ah, before I move on, I have to mention that the big glass of watermelon in the first pic is just nice to quench my thirst after the exhausting games!

Another dish we had was the pork porridge. It’s only moderate because we can’t seems to find more than two pieces of pork in there. Haha…

Yupe, I believe the best Ipoh Chicken have to be in Ipoh itself.
[...] From these two sets, I think I still prefer the Chicken Teriyaki one. It’s not only cheaper, you get half a plate (the other half has the chicken) of big and juicy fried bean sprout, second only to those you find in Ipoh Chicken Rice. Hahaha. [...]
