Wings Musicafe, Bandar Puteri Puchong
Oct 17th, 2006 by Neo
Last Saturday, we went to try a new cafe in Bandar Puteri Puchong. Actually we wanted to try this place a few times previously, but since every time it’s fully occupied, we had to change our plan. Luckily this time we were early, so there were plenty of tables for us to choose.
Tip: Be there early, before 9:00pm. The cafe is called Wings Musicafe.
Let’s see what they have to offer.

Tapioca Chips @ RM2.50.
This is pre-served on every table. I thought it’s free eh? Haha… nothing is free in this world. Anyway, it’s crispy and good.

Beautiful waitress making drinks.
No wonder this place is so popular, they have beautiful waitresses! Haha
From this angle, the cafe looks a bit messy, but I assure you the cafe is very tidy and clean. I don’t get a free meal by saying this ok.
There were three of us, and we choosed to order their promotional sets which costs RM11.90 a set. They come with different main course and a glass of drink each. One of the sets come with an additional bowl of mushroom soup.
Let me show you some pictures, before I talk about the specialty of this musicafe.

Grilled chicken, and you can choose from several sauces. I opted for Black Pepper sauce. Not bad.

Fish with rice. According to my friend, it’s yummylicious!

Various mixed cold noodles. Haha, yeah, it tastes really cold… but it’s nice.

Our drinks! Apple green tea, grape green tea, and sour plum green tea! Tastes fantastic!
At about 9pm, right after I finished my dinner and was enjoying my Apple Green Tea, two young lads who were having their dinner at a table next to us jumped on stage. OMG, they were the performers for the night! They took a while to test and adjust the sound system as well as the guitar.
After that we were treated with some very nice numbers. One of them that I particularly like is a song by Michael Wong (王光良) called “Promise” (约定). Too bad you were not there, but not to worry, here is a video of the performance, hope you like it as much as I do
The lyrics follows:
说好的三年ä¸Âè§Âé¢
çâ€Â¨Ã¦Ë†â€˜Ã¤Â»Â¬Ã§Å¡â€žÃ§Ë†Â±Ã¦Å Šæ—¶é—´ç•™ä½Â
Now, that’s the specialty of this cafe I am talking about. They have free performance like this “every night”? Not sure every night or not, but I assume is, because several times I passed by, they have shows on!

Free wireless broadband.
Free wireless broadband is available here. So, if Streamyx doesn’t work at your home/office, you can bring your laptop here

Eeeeee… pre-served, you don’t order they also serve, that’s daylight robbery, people have to pay RM2.50 no matter what coz sure many people don’t know need to pay for it one unless they stated otherwise else is not ethical.
