Internet Explorer 7
Nov 2nd, 2006 by Neo
This morning when I switched on my computer, I got a surprising visitor welcoming me. Not bad huh, got friend welcoming me early in the morning. Actually it’s a friendly message telling me that the latest Internet browser from Microsoft, Internet Explorer 7 (IE7) is ready for download.

Internet Explorer 7.
Just like you, I have been using Mozilla Firefox for I-don’t-know-how-long already, and have really get used to the nice features it has to offer, such as the tabs browsing, extensions, and themes. But of course Internet Explorer still remains as a backup or sometimes just for fun in checking how certain websites appear differently in IE and Firefox. I think IE is still the most used browsers in the world, with Firefox closing in fast from behind… Check Usage share of web browsers.
Anyway, I would very much like to know your preference, whether you use Firefox more often, or another browser such as IE, Opera, or even Netscape Browser. Share with us in the comments section below.
A note of pre-caution. If you would like to find out more information about IE7, you go to Microsoft’s official website, and not the easily confused IE7 website. If you went to ie7.com, you get redirected to Mozilla Firefox only. Haha… very cunning eh.
After posting this, I think I will proceed with the download and give Internet Explorer 7 a try. Hope it delivers what they promised…

Cely,
Yes, I stick with Firefox since the first time I used it.
Earl-ku,
Correct, I do that too.
TheAngel,
Opera was very popular last time. But how come now not so popular anymore?
Hmm, I think not that Opera isn’t popular, just that maybe Firefox get to advertise so much, but Opera was quite popular among those oversea. I bet only Malaysian not into it!
i prefer firefox more than ie. although there are many improvement but i saw there are many flaws and exploits in it. so scary you know… lol…
Hm, haven’t get my copy of IE7 yet. Wish to wait a little longer first, as most of my blog’s visitors are using IE6. Might see the changes of my visitor’s browser in a week or so in my blog’s stat. :p
