Proton Malaysia Open 2007
Jan 20th, 2007 by Neo
Look at what I have got here!

Yes, it’s the Proton Malaysia Open 2007 FINAL ticket. I have just bought it today from the biggest badminton stadium in Malaysia, MBA Puchong. The ticket costed RM32, a little expensive for a local open, but since I love badminton so much I guess it’s worth it… What’s more, I get to see Lee Chong Wei, Malaysia’s top ranked men singles player; and hopefully also Wong Mew Choo, Malaysia’s top ranked women singles player. Mew Choo is also the best looking girl in the Malaysian squad
The final is scheduled to start from 1pm this Sunday, 21 January 2007 at the Kuala Lumpur Badminton Stadium. Since it’s free seating, and I expect a lot badminton fanatics will attend, I think I will go a little early in order to secure a good seat to catch Lee Chong Wei and all the other Malaysian players closer. Give them full support!
Malaysia Boleh! Lin Dan and Taufik Hidayat, can I expect to see them there? Want to ask them for authograph ler…

cool..i guess we’ll be seeing more badminton pics soon!
Wuching,
Yes, I will make sure I take tonnes of badminton pics! But, on the ticket (at the back) it says “No photography, audio or video recording is allowed during the event”.
Do you know where I can get a hidden camera?
Weh Lee Chong Wei lost liao…huhuhu
Hai if no photography allow, how can ppl advertise Malaysia Open for free in blogs..hor?
Che-Cheh,
I am so disappointed with Lee Chong Wei. Usually he can win in local tournaments (kampung champion some people call him), but this time lost so easily to Bao Chun Lai.
There are so many people in Malaysia (or the world) who is still ignorant about the power of blogs.
I like playing badminton but I don’t get watching it. maybe different cultures or something like the idea of it. It has got to be more interesting than watching golf
[...] The annual Malaysia Open Badminton Championship (2007) has just concluded yesterday evening at the Kuala Lumpur Badminton Statium, Cheras. As a badminton lover myself, of course I would not miss out witnessing some of the world’s best players competing. You see, I have prepared the entrance tickets so early also. It’s RM32 a piece. [...]
