Sunsilk advertisement! Haha… I believe this took place during the terrible flooding in Johor. This lady perhaps had not had a decent hair wash for days, so itchy can die, she opted to wash her hair in the open big bathtub! The kids certainly enjoyed washing their mother’s head.
