And as we wanted to have the birthday cake in the capsule have to order from Flyer directly. So We pay S$1,500 for the capsule ( excluding the cakes and paper plates). So they demand a attendance to be in the capsule to serve the cake even we rejected as that means we will pay S$1,500 for 27ppl instead. But as they say it is their regulation of no choice we have to accept. But to our horror, We book as private and it seem some working personal giving out details of who is having private capsule with express check-in which does not need to show ticket. So when we are in our capsule, we found 1 stranger in the capsule, because of him we didn't enjoy and my friend is extremly upset as the birthday party is Spoil. As in our mind it is overloaded and non of us dare to anyhow walk around and take photo. We even ask the attendance is this guy send overr by your company to be in this capsule he was not aware at all. After Alighting, we confronted the stranger and surprisely he didn't had any ticket, how he pass the ticket check-in counter, secondly how he know the name of our booking is suppose to be strictly P & C. This is a mean of endanger our lives the way Singapore Flyer is doing. If this guy is mad and crazy and do some crazy thing in our capsule who is going to be responsible. And at first we didn't realise that he is a stranger we are leaving all our bags unattended in the capsule. After he confused, that he taking the chance to take the free ride, we immediately ask the attendance there to report the case and ask their person incharge to be there but seem non of them bother. What is going on in Singapore. We are all Singaporean, but with this kind of atitude it is not acceptable as a world class service provider. And also when we walked out from the capsule to the photo counter trying to purchase any photo that was taken by the Flyer while we are in the capsule, then we realise that they forgot to give us a sensor which will automatically turn on the camera in the capsule which will take our photo. -1st there is a stranger who know about our booking, -2nd the asher should have counted the ppl onboard the capsule it has reach the maximum capacity already how can they let another ppl up to the capsule which will endanger our lives. -3rd they didn't give us the sensor for the photo -4th No proper apologise was given to us. -5th Why are we paying S$1500 for it. We jolly well pay S$18+++ for a full cabin which we can just but the ticket there. 27ppl x S$18+++ we need to pay less than S$600. So please tell me what is the use of paying for a Private Capsule when someone in the Company is releasing the information to get free board and endangering our lives.
