It’s like a dream. The Sibu based blogger, Bengbeng is here in KL enjoying his holiday visiting places and meeting friends and bloggers. He invited me to join a small blogger meet at an A&W restaurant, opposite of Taman Jaya LRT station. I am really honored, and excited at the same time. But due to time and location problems, I couldn’t make it.

Anyway, before long he called me and told me they are arranging another meet later the day at One Utama where some of the famous bloggers will attend. They include Cely, Gallivanter and Hong Kiat. Bengbeng even put the young and beautiful Cely on the phone asking me to join the meet… Wah, it’s so sexciting! This’s the first time a SYT asked me out for a date! Of course without hesitation I agreed! But, funny thing is that minutes later the meet was canceled as someone fly-aeroplaned! Haha… but I kinda feel relieved too because you know I was actually too shy to meet these famous bloggers.

Anyway, later the day Bengbeng and I did meet up at Bumbu Bali for a scrumptious dinner. This was a very sexciting moment because he came to Puchong, my territory. So, I must treat him nicely. To my surprise, Bengbeng is a very genuine, warm person, likes to talk and seems to enjoy good food. In fact I think he’s thinking of food all the time. Hahaha….

I think Bumbu Bali needs no further introduction as I have talked about this restaurant a couple of times before. Check out here and here. This time I will show you some shots of the food we had.

I asked Bengbeng to order whatever he feels like eating and order as much as he wants. He said he wants the house wine. I took a quick look at the menu and I nearly fainted because it costs RM481 a bottle! Bengbeng looked at me and smiled, and I knew he was kidding… hahahaha… I know lar, I only pretend to faint lar.

Bengbeng is really talkative, and he likes to tell stories. Over the dinner, he told me a few stories of Penang and also of Sibu. It’s nice meeting up with him and to me it’s like meeting a friend whom I have known for ages!
