I am sure you know what is Astro On Demand, unless you are not from Malaysia or you have been living in a cave, or you choose to ignore it simply because you hate Astro so much for making you pay to watch TV! To describe it in one line, this is a new service which will feature Chinese serial dramas on Astro at the same time as they are aired in Hong Kong. But viewers will have to pay to watch them.

I know the name Astro give to the new service “Astro On Demand” or AOD is a little misleading because you can’t really watch the show/drama/movie you want at the time you want.

Anyway, I have been enjoying the drama which is being aired on channel 931 every evening starting from this Monday. Yes, Astro is giving us five episodes free. I absolutely like the drama which featured a lot of famous actors and actresses. The opening theme by Hacken Lee (李克勤) and 小剛 is awesome too!

After the first five episodes we will have to pay in order to continue enjoying the drama. I am still undecided whether want to pay or not, as it’s definitely not cheap at RM0.99 per episode as I am a Dynasty Package subscriber. Can’t help it lar, have to subscribe to the Dynasty Package as there are too many Chinese drama lovers in my family. What do you say?… anyone want to sponsor me to be able to continue enjoy this drama “The Drive of Life” (歲月風雲)?

In the meantime, do enjoy the opening theme song 天這樣藍.

Maybe I should just wait for a while. I am sure people have started to upload the drama to lots of websites now. Just need to find the website to download The Drive of Life for free.
