Look at my new Victor badminton shoe
Jul 20th, 2007 by Neo
Yonex is the number one brand trusted by many badminton players and badminton lovers around the world. My badminton racket and shoes are all from Yonex. Perhaps you can still remember I showed you my anti twist Yonex badminton shoe which I bought just over a year ago. The shoe is good and solid overall, but unfortunately the outsole rubber is not. Somehow it started to tear up sometime ago, maybe because of too much abuse when I played badminton.

Because I am afraid I may hurt myself because of the nearly broken outsole of the shoe, I have just bought myself a new pair from where else but the AJ Racket Mart in Puchong. This time I have chosen Victor instead of Yonex because I wanted to give this brand a chance upon recommendations from the professionals there.

This shoe feels really comfortable and light on me because the upper leather is very soft and has plenty of ventilation. The soles come with a couple of air pockets for comfort and support. Doesn’t sound too expensive for RM150, right? What, too expensive? I know you will say that… any shoe that’s more than RM50 is considered expensive already. But did I tell you this shoe is said to be endorsed by Cheng Hong, and he himself wears it to tournaments? Yes, one of the greatest badminton players from China.
Let’s see how long will this pair of shoe last me?

I’m not sure how exspensive that is. I need to buy some new gym shoes, as my others fell apart literally while on the treadmill. I hope I don’t have to spend more than $50 bucks. I so cheap. haha
