Seremban Seafood Village
Sep 11th, 2007 by Neo
Last week a very good friend of mine dropped by my place and after a whole day’s of adventures around KL checking out interesting and not so interesting places, I decided to send him back to his place in Nilai. We went to a lot of places including some sex hideouts in KL which I shall mention no more here.
Since Nilai is so close to Seremban, we thought might as well just drive a few more kilometers to try out a crabbing heaven in Seremban which I have heard in so many occasions.
Obviously my friend is a Seremban kaki, he knows nearly every corners in Seremban and had no problem guiding us to Seremban Seafood Village. It took us less than 15 minutes to reach our crabbing heaven from Nilai.

Seremban Seafood Village is located at Jalan Tuanku Munawir. There are a few others seafood restaurants along the same stretch of road but this is the one which is highly recommended by my friend. Apparently he has tried this one many times. And true to his recommendation, this one had the most diners compared to the others… Usually, the more diners means the better is the restaurant. You say correct or not?

That was the Seafood tofu, which was cooked with a generous amount of crab meat. The broth was very appetizing and went very well with the rice and baked crabs which were quite dry.

This was none other than Seremban Seafood Village’s signature dish, the highly recommended baked crabs. If my memory serves me right, this dish was even featured on Ho Chiak, a 8TV show about local delicacies and delicious food and restaurants. So, if you didn’t trust my taste buds, you should trust the hosts from Ho Chiak!

Look at the gravy from the baked crabs. It was simply awesome! If this picture didn’t make you swallow your saliva, I don’t know what will! Hahaha… Apart from the seafood tofu, the baked crabs, we had a simple vegetable dish as well. Good for your bladder. (The vegetable was choi dam in Cantonese. What do you call this in English?)

They price your crabs by the KGs here. Each KG costs you RM40, but there is a more tasty version which is shown in the picture above. This one which comes with eggs are priced a little higher at RM42 a KG. I know this is very expensive compared to other restaurants, but frankly their baked crabs is too delicious that I will have no second thoughts to go back for more. I would also suggest you to try the crab with eggs version as it’s believe that the eggs will boost your health and your manhood. Hahaha… tell that to your girlfriend and you two will be on your way to Seremban tonight itself. Dinner on her! ![]()
