Nuffnang payment finally arrived

I have been waiting for months for this day to come. Yes, you read me right. Many many months before I finally couldn’t wait any longer and initiated to cash out from my Nuffnang account last month, or the month before? It was such a long time I couldn’t even remember when I clicked on the “Pay me” button. Anyway, the check finally arrived today!
Although the amount is very small, but it’s still a check. After so many months of hard work… I am so happy that I am paid today! It was a hugh surprise for me because the envelop was a simple standard envelop which you can get anywhere. I thought it was a junk ahlong mail in disguise, just when I was about to throw it away I noticed it was a check from HSBC. Upon closer inspection it’s actually a HSBC banker’s check from Nuffnang, Asia’s first blog advertising network.
How come their envelop is so plain and simple? Want to save money so that can pay us better is it? Haha… 
In fact, my earnings was about the same in Advertlets, Asia’s better blog advertising network - I just love how they name their tag line. So ironic with the other company’s tag line. Anyway, I did a cash out request at the same time as I did Nuffnang, but I have yet to see the check from Advertlets. The status is still “unpaid” in my account, after so long.
I wonder when will I ever get my Advertlets check?

Anyway, payments are processed after 30-45 days from the last day of the month you cashed out. Your cashout request was in September, so you should be receiving something within 1-3 weeks. Cheers!

The time it takes for processing and cheque delivery is too long, equivalent to what Google AdSense cheque used to take. Now, Google has given us the Western Union option which is as fast as a few days!
Anyway, I will be check my mailbox every day.

Once your revenue reaches the minimum which is RM50 (I think is RM50, lazy to login account to check), you can request for a payment. As in my case, the cheque may take up to 2 months to arrive.

Hi Neo,
The computer generated cheque and envelope is sent out by HSBC without any intervention from Nuffnang. Basically what happens is at the end of the month, Nuffnang sends all the payment requests to HSBC for them to process. After 30 days then HSBC sends out all the cheques.
So in short we don’t pick the envelopes that HSBC uses the send out though I’m sure they feel whatever they use does the job anyway.
I’m glad you got your first cheque of many more to come.
