Instant noodle on a lazy public holiday
Dec 20th, 2007 by Neo
Lazy, but still have to make my own lunch. Check out what I had on Hari Raya Qurban afternoon, a national public holiday in Malaysia.

Trust me, although this isn’t as good as the green curry noodles from Noodles Village, it’s close in taste and look. I cooked it.
As you can see in the picture above, the portion is quite big because I put in two packs, one pack of noodle and another pack of vermicelli. I know I am a big eater. Oh, nearly forgot, and two big eggs.

All the ingredients plus a good instant noodle cook, they make a nice lunch coming close to those from Noodles Village.
Have a nice public holiday folks… ah, talking about that it’s already 4:30pm now and in a short while I will need to drive to Jalan Duta Bus Station to pick up some relatives who come over to spend the weekend with us. Looks like no more hanky panky for the weekend. But worry not, I will always have something interesting to show you then.
Cheers.
