F1 Restaurant at Bandar Puteri Puchong
Apr 28th, 2008 by Neo
I certainly hope you have managed to try the F1 Restaurant which I introduced to you quite some time ago. Last time, this restaurant was located just beside the IOI Mall, and you would certainly not miss it as it was just along the LDP Highway. But later, they relocated inside the mall itself due to IOI Mall’s expansion in order to gain market shares from other bigger shopping malls such as One Utama and Sunway Pyramid… I guess.
However, we were a little surprised to find another F1 Restaurant in Bandar Puteri. Not too sure if this was the restaurant relocated from IOI Mall, or it’s merely a branch.

That’s their identity, striking red color; taking advantage of Ferrari’s lead in the F1 races perhaps. I believe the owner must be a big fan of Ferrari, certainly not McLaren.
Let’s check out some photos.

Beautiful and young waitresses taking customers orders.
The picture also gives you a peek of the environment. Very warm colors… all red, yellow and orange.

Another, waitress, or more probably the cashier was behind the counter busy counting how much they had made the day.
The restaurant wasn’t packed with people although it was dinner time on a Saturday night. But I guess they didn’t need a lot of diners looking at the prices they were charging each person.

Fish and two big smashed potatoes. What a lame name I give here simply because I couldn’t recall what it’s call… the name was too complicated to remember.

My girl had Formula One fried rice. Of course, I didn’t let go of any opportunity to steal some from her, it turned out to be more satisfying than my fish! I guess I am a rice person anyway.

Needless to say, the meal won’t be perfect without a nice drink to go along. We had apple juice and… the quite ordinary Pepsi. Haha… Trust me, the apple juice’s pretty nice, you would perhaps want to order a big glass instead of a small one.
That basically covers my Saturday dinner. Are you ready for some MONKEYS? ![]()

How much is your dinner at F1 Restaurant?
I think they have a few branches. I normally dined at the one in Seri Kembangan… but my last visit was quite some time ago.
you taking me there?
Che-Cheh,
Can’t remember, but quite pricey.
YeinJee,
I see. Are all their decorations the same?
Wuching,
No problem. When you wanna come?
I am wondering if the governing body of Formula 1 will sue this restaurant…
Khengsiong,
Most likely no because the restaurant is too small to warrant any attention from the big boys.
You make me starving …urghh…
it has been yearsss since i have stepped into any F1 restaurant
[…] while having dinner at the F1 Restaurant, I asked if you are prepared to see some really playful monkeys. Well, I guess you listened to me […]
Guess what! I won’t be going in cos I am a McClaren fan.
Abeku,
Go find something to eat, don’t starve yourself unless you are 100KG.
Satkuru,
This isn’t a restaurant where I will go every week too.
Jam,
McLaren. I was a McLaren fan too but I switched following Kimi Raikkonen. Haha.
