I hate ants, who doesn’t hate ants?… If you treated them like pets then you must be a really weird person. Look how these big ants ravaged my car earlier this year. This time, they become more ganas and are trying to attack my home!
See what my girl did trying to avoid the ants feasting on our bread.
Haha, she thought she’s very creative and came up with this brilliant idea. But, I think this will only fool stupid ants only. She should have placed the cup in a plate of water because ants cannot swim mah… hahaha… I couldn’t control myself but laughed at her.
Anyway, there are so many ants in my house lately that I have to find a good solution quickly. I checked at the local DIY store and luckily they have a very cheap and easy solution: the ants powder.
There, I bought two packs of the ants powder, made in China it seems but no harm trying as one pack costs RM1 only. Super cheap.
Once back home, I quickly put those powder to work at strategic locations. I did as what’s told by the instructions on the packaging, locate the trails of the ants and put the powder on them.
The yellowish powder in the picture was the magic powder. The minute I put down a pinch of it, a few ants were already attracted to it and came eating… haha, free buffet for them. Although this item has no smell but it’s poisonous, don’t play play, OK. 
The ants will eat those powder and when they go back they will infect others, and within two to three days the whole colony will be destroyed. Well, I am not sure if this RM1 ants powder is really that effective or not, but we shall see in a few days time. I know you are like me, impatient to know if this will kill them all for good or not, but the instructions say we will only see the results in 2 or 3 days time. Be patient, yeah. If it really works, this would be so much better than using Ridsect!
I will update you if I see any results in the next few days.

yea it works, i just used the same thing to kill the ants, actually you don’t need to make things messy by pouring it everywhere, put it in a small container, and put the container in the line of the ants, they will automatically go in to eat eat eat eat, my ant problem got solved in a day
Why not hire a pest control? Get rid of them all faster and easier.
The instruction is right. It will work. After 2 or 3 days, you can hardly find an ant. I always use this powder to kill the ant colonies.
It might be dangerous if you have kids around your house. One great thing about my house here in the Uk is that there are absolutely no mosquitoes, no lizards, no cockroaches and no ants. Wonder how my kids will react when they go back to Malaysia and see all the creepy crawlies everywhere.
my house also have a lot of ant, don’t know how to deal with it. i do the same as ur way.

Yes, use a badminton racket to kill those ants.
I used the same way as you to kill of the ants. It really worked and the past 3 months, there is no single ant sighted in my house.
But what bother me is the lizard. I hate it. Do anyone know how to get rid of lizard in the house?
maybe it doesn’t taste nice, mix with sugar before applying. hehe
Hmm, the ants are sometime so annoyance…they are pitty too, they appear just to find something to fill stomarch, but we use to poison them.
no choice, we are human they are pest….:)
ehh that’s why i say put in a container, the ants will automatic come into the container, then u no need to pour the powder everywhere
