Putrajaya outing with Elaine Tang and other photographers

Let’s continue from the first part where I told you I was in Putrajaya for a photo shoot session with Elaine Tang. We opted a nice bridge as our first stop as the bridge overlooks some nice scenery and the architecture of the bridge itself is quite unique. Before long, the sun became unbearable and we had to seek shelter and that landed us under the bridge.
Before we start some of the more experienced photographers checked out the place to evaluate which angle we should shoot at.
Now to those who have doubts that this place might not be Putrajaya, now you can finally see some Putrajaya buildings. No, this was Putrajaya, definitely not your backyard, right?
Without further boring talking from me, let’s check out the photos.
Don’t forget the background… can you figure out which Putrajaya building is that? … Well, maybe the building is not too clear, too much bokeh in the background.

Ops, she decided to embrace this lamp post. Don’t you wish you were the lamp post? Haha…
The background was too bright… not a good angle to compose this picture I suppose.

Looks like she’s much cuter when she smiles! Not sure who managed to make her smile so happily… was it me myself? Haha…

I am eying a prime lens, and am deciding between 35mm and 85mm.

I am using Nikon D80. Most of the photos were taken using Sigma 18-200mm 3.5-6.3 which isn’t a great lens for portrait. A few shots were taken using 50mm prime lens.

Focal lens were mostly about 85mm on my Sigma.
