Jackie Chan California Fitness

Yesterday, I was in Sunway Pyramid meeting a friend for a drink. Again, we chose a spot close to the skating rink because my friend loves to see those hot chicks skating, haha. Anyway, after that we went to the mall’s new wing and surprisingly, we bumped into a fitness dance demo by Jackie Chan California Fitness.
Oh, these dancers or fitness gurus look familiar to you? Yes, we saw them performing before in the Hop2DaBeat 08 street dance competition. That was about 4 months ago, also at Sunway Pyramid, at the outdoor open area.

Some audience were invited on the stage to join the dance and see how fit they were. There were prizes too! They were asked to shake their booties just like the performers! This young dude was certainly a little stiff, but he was sporty enough.
However, it was apparently more enjoyable to watch this young girl dance the fitness dance. She was more flexible and fast in her moves. I believed she would be the winner… until I saw this uncle did his moves!
This uncle was so daring and sporty… he even moved faster than the performers. He shook his booty vibrantly and that brought lots of laughter from all of us!
Needless to say, this one sporty uncle bagged the first prize and the rest got the consolation prizes. Anyone wanna join Jackien Chan California Fitness, so that you could shake like an uncle?…

I was a life time Cal Fitness member and I do agree with you! There are lots of young chicks dancing and shaking and do lots of stuffs everyday. On and off you would see some uncle and aunties doing the same!
So for me going to gym not only purely for fitness on body, but also eyes! Haha….
