Yuni Li looks like Zhang Ziyi

There’s a Chinese belief that there are seven persons in the world who look alike. And although I haven’t met anyone who look like me, there are a number of celebrities who look like they are related. One good example would be Amy Adams and Isla Fisher – two gorgeous redheads who could be long-lost twins.
And when it comes to Yuni Li Yen Chin, I think she bears more than a passing resemblance to Zhang Ziyi. Looking at the picture, don’t you agree? Especially when she puts on an intense look. The eyes seem to look through you and the mouth is slightly turned just so it looks pouty and sweet.
But when she smiles, I think she can pass as Gigi Leung’s sister. Then you see the pearly whites and the apple of her cheeks.
Lucky for her though that her claim for fame is not for looking like other celebrities. Instead, she is a bona fide beauty queen in her own right as she won the runner-up position for Miss Chinese World 2005.
With a height of 173 cm, Yuni also models and men can’t help but ogle over her long legs. You may not believe it but her legs actually make up two thirds of her height. And these very limbs won her the Best Legs award at the pageant.
Hailing from Taichung, Taiwan, she may look demure but she is someone who is not afraid to stir things up. During the pageant, she complained about being sabotaged by other contestants, claiming they were jealous of her.
Another controversy that she was involved in was in 2008 when she wore a red dress that showed off her legs and ample cleavage. What got the powers-that-be upset was not the amount of skin revealed but the fact the dress had Taiwan’s and China’s flag over each breast.
And as ambassador of Taiwanese jeans brand IBS, she also did some pretty risqué poses which I am sharing with you. At the end of it, she confessed to being shy at first but was amazed by the results and remarked that it was worth being touched by men’s hands. Hmm.. I wonder if that means she prefers to be touched by women’s hands? Ooh la la..
